Role Overview - We are seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy Professional Cargo Van Driver to join our high-velocity logistics operations in Central Florida. This is a critical professional role involving technical proficiency, regulatory compliance, and specialized logistics for high-priority sectors. You will serve as the final step in a data-driven fulfillment process, managing sophisticated equipment and high-priority freight. Key Responsibilities • Precision Logistics: Execute meticulous operational workflows from pre-trip inspections to Proof of Delivery (POD). • Technical Inspections: Conduct systematic "walkaround" vehicle inspections to ensure all critical safety thresholds for tires, brakes, and emergency equipment are met. • Cargo Securement: Utilize industry-standard E-track systems and ratchet straps to immobilize freight and maintain a low center of gravity. • Digital Administration: Manage electronic logistical documentation, including eBOLs, digital signatures, and photo verification via mobile applications. • Aviation Support (AOG): Facilitate rapid-response transport of critical aircraft parts, adhering to strict color-coded priority systems (Clear, Green, and Orange bags). • Dynamic Routing: Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to navigate optimized routes while strictly monitoring Hours of Service (HOS). Job Qualifications

• Licensing: Valid Florida Class E Driver’s License (required for vehicles < 26,011 lbs GVWR). • Medical Certification: Must possess a valid DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate (MEC). • Physical Fitness: Ability to pass the updated medical assessment, including vision (20/40), hearing, and blood pressure (140/90) tests. • Security Clearance: Ability to obtain a SIDA badge, including passing an FBI Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) and TSA Security Threat Assessment (STA). • Technical Literacy: Proficiency in using mobile devices for GPS tracking, electronic logging, and digital billing. • Soft Skills: Exceptional customer service, proactive communication regarding delays, and professional appearance.
