Please provide the detailed information you would like us to include: maps, things to do, places to stay, etc..., and we will gather the information and forward a packet to you upon receipt of payment. Checks may be made payable to the Northeast Polk Chamber. If you prefer to pay via credit card over the phone, please call us at 863-422-3751 and we will process the payment.
