Trunk or Treat applications for the City of Haines City are available now. Please see the message below from Taegan Welborn, Special Events Coordinator and please click HERE for the application.
"My name is Taegan Welborn, and I am a Special Events Coordinator with the City of Haines City. We have our annual Trunk-Or-Treat coming up on Saturday, October 24th, 2026 from 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM. It is located at the Lake Eva Park (555 Ledwith Avenue, Haines City, FL, 33844).
This is our community Halloween event with an expectant number of 3000+ attendees. I wanted to share this information with you to see if you would be interested in joining us this year! We are looking for spooky trunks, unique or vintage touch-a-trucks, tractors, tow trucks, and plenty of businesses, churches, and schools bringing the fun to the Haines City community.
I have attached our Trunk-Or-Treat Application for you to review. There is no fee for a spot at this event (just limited space); all we ask is that you bring enough candy to be able to pass out to the children and community at this event. You are allowed to pass out any type of promotional gear that you may have including flyers or anything you would want our community to know about your school, church or business. We would love to have you join us!
